We have a great opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Hobson's Restaurant team here at Tower Hotel Waterford. The role: You will be accountable for the smooth and effective running of all aspects of food service for breakfast, breakfast room service, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner set-up. Ensuring at all times that the guest experience is of the highest standard of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness and at all times anticipating their needs. The Candidate: Must have excellent communication skills.Previous experience essential, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience.Flexible to work both mid-week and weekend shifts.Supervise and coordinate breakfast, and on occasion, lunch service in a 150-seater restaurant, catering for up to 350 guests.Oversee buffet setup, presentation, and replenishment, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.Conduct daily briefings to communicate service expectations, special events, and menu changes.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food preparation.To work with the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisors in achieving the goals and objectives of the Tower Hotel Waterford and in turn the Neville Hotel Group.To set and maintain the correct service and product standards within Hobson’s Restaurant.To attend hotel and departmental meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times.To comply with Statutory and policy requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.To report and act on all accidents and hazards.
