BIM Engineer

Are you a BIM Engineer looking to join a dynamic and progressive engineering company?Rockwell are currently recruiting a BIM Engineer to join our team on a permanent & full-time basis. The location for this position will be in the on site offices at the semi-conductor manufacturer plant in Leixlip, Kildare. There is also the option to be based from our Cork Headquarters.Duties and Responsibilities:You will be working as a BIM Engineer for a large semi-conductor manufacturer in Kildare.You will be responsible for modelling relevant HVAC services and coordinating with partnered trade contractors on the site.Collaborate with Rockwell BIM Engineers, Fabrication Teams, Construction Teams, and Commercial Teams.Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design team, and Client Representatives.Present completed designs to Client Representatives to review and approval.Generation of Fabrication Packs and issuing to Rockwell Fabrication and Construction Teams.QA/QA of design work carried out by you and other Rockwell BIM Engineers.Ensure modelling meets the required standards as set out in the Client and Rockwell BEP`s.Liaise with Rockwell Construction and Fabrication Teams to communicate design intent and validate design against site conditions.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:Proficient in the use of any of the following BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CADWorx) – Rockwell are currently using Plant 3D for the project.2+ years minimum of experience in Intel BIM CoordinationAbility to work in a vibrant multi discipline collaborative design environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong work ethic and self-starterPrevious Intel Experience Essential.Why join Rockwell?We provide a competitive salary that reflects your experience and qualifications.
