You will be assigned areas of specific focus including Capital Sales of Infusion Technology Systems, Infusion Therapies and Regional Anesthesia Technology. This role will primarily be responsible for business development of new sites, as well as maintaining existing customer sites and ensuring a patient centric approach. As your competence and experience levels grow you will become an important member of our team contributing to the planning and implementation of large projects and whilst working independently in our customer sites.Job Title: B Braun Sales SpecialistReporting to: Business Unit ManagerLocation: Dublin with National Strategic Account Focus In this role your core responsibilities will include:Identify and maximize new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers. Monitor customer accounts within the defined territory to ensure that the sales potential is fully exploited. Have the ability to negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.Provide technical and clinical advice to end users through sales presentations and evaluations. Present clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector to optimise patient outcomes.Represent the Company at trade association meetings to promote products when required.Maintain appropriate and up-to-date product knowledge on the Company’s range of products/ services to ensure accuracy of communications and strong reputation and credibility with our customers.Provide training on new/existing products to new and existing customers.Actively monitor competitor activities, existing and new products/services, pricing, communication and promotion strategies and report back developments. Engage with our customers to build new product launch momentum and lead out Infusion System and Therapy implementation projects.To attain a technical/IT involvement with customers to establish an informed knowledge of clinical data and the market.Willingness to learn and embrace emerging technologies in the dynamic environment of modern medical devices.Having the ability for individual and group selling skills, as well as effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.To have the drive to navigate the Capital Sales Process within the HSE, creating opportunities for growth in an environment with limited resources and the ability to manage complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit.Driving the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity and tender submission.To devise sales data and market analyses to inform and understand current market trends to help determine and drive key strategic activities.  The ability to use a CRM system (Alexis) to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.To manage projects with regards to product installations and clinical training.Requirements: Preferably residing in Dublin. At least 3 years previous clinical sales experience.Ability to work independently producing the relevant materials necessary for the role.Evidence of building a successful entrepreneurial partnership. Demonstration of managing a complex and broad stakeholder group.Strong I.T. and communication skills essential.  Comfortable working in a clinical setting and interacting with allied health. professionals (e.g. nurses, doctors, biomed engineers).Full clean Irish driving license.Flexible to travel regularly throughout Ireland.
