Associate EcologistLocation is flexible – South is ideal within 3 hours of Wokingham Permanent, full timeCompetitive salary plus benefits  If you can spot the difference between a Great Crested Newt, a Dormouse and a Bat then I want to speak to you!We have a fantastic role here at Adler & Allan, we are looking for an established Ecologist with good commercial/business skills to lead and help deliver our Ecology consultancy goals.This is a great opportunity to step up to a leadership position, where you will part of it whilst expanding your skills into commercial activity to deliver against key targets for growth. We would be especially interested to speak to you if you have Rail & Road network experience! More about the role:Manage a team of ecologists to deliver a field survey & reporting serviceProvide ecological technical expertise in support of field delivery teamsPrepare and review technical reportsLead on tenders and bid workEnsure excellent standards of customer service and technical excellencePerform key client account holder roleSupport the delivery of the Water & Ecology Department growth plan through sales and marketing activitiesHelp ensure that the Water & Ecology divisional KPI’s are met More about you:Bringing along your fantastic knowledge & experience gained within the Ecology and Environmental sectors is essential for you to be a success. Your industry knowledge will have grown from your degree in a Biological or Environmental Sciences discipline and experience of providing ecology consultancy services (Comprehensive technical knowledge and capability in aspects of hydro-ecology also) Experienced at preparing tender submissions is key! About Us: At Adler and Allan Group, we're not just a company – we're environmental champions committed to protecting our planet while helping businesses thrive.
