Assistant Creche Manager

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Assistant Managers for our centres in North Dublin and South Dublin areas with responsibility for sharing the management duties, including the day to day running of the creche centre and to lead and inspire the staff team with best practice standards. A minimum of Fetac Level 6 in ChildcareA minimum of five years in the childcare field and at least two year of these in a management role within ChildcareA strong passion for the needs and development of the individual childFull clean EU driver’s licence and have access to a vehicleCandidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Ability to liaise with parents, guardians and families and build parent partnershipAbility to line manage and supervise staff, supporting their continuous personal developmentCommunicate effectively in a clear and professional manner at all timesManage and project occupancy levelsAbility to meet targets and deadlines and manage finances within an allocated budgetHave a full understanding off all guidelines as set out by the HSE.
