Overview of RoleOpportunity to support the financial operations team in the growing Irish Healthcare subsidiary of a large US parent. The local business is undergoing significant growth and is seeking an ambitious, dynamic experienced analyst to support this.This is a 6 month fixed term contract role. Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorking as a member of the AP team, to process invoices and undertake other related AP tasks for UPMC group companies.Maintain vendor master data.Reconcile vendor balances and respond to vendor queries.Ensure adherence to three-way match principles for all purchases.Assist in preparation of files for Revenue reporting on VAT, Intrastat etc.Ad hoc monthly reporting tasksSupport internal/external auditSupport Project implementationConstantly looking for ways to improve processes and add value to the function.Qualifications & Experience  Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience.Qualification in Finance/Accounting or studying to obtain qualification.Understanding and experience of the Healthcare or ManufacturingUnderstanding of their specialism typically gained through training and significant practical experience.Previous experience with Monthly ReportingPrevious experience with Statutory Financial auditAbout UPMC        A $26 billion healthcare provider and insurer, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based UPMC is inventing new models of patient-centred, cost-effective, accountable care.
