We maintain and develop our team of dedicated, motivated, and authentic people through focused training and career development.If you are driven to make a difference and believe that everybody needs a home, Tuath is waiting to hear from you. Administration opportunities in Tuath Housing:Our office administrators deal with all aspects of administration to provide support to the internal departments and regional offices, in a responsive, efficient and quality manner.We are currently hiring for the following administrative roles:Property Services AdministratorResponsive Repairs AdministratorHuman Resources AdministratorThe Property Services Administrator will:Provide general administration support to the Property Services Team as required including but not limited to scanning documents, printing, typing, copying, file management and stationary requirements.Input data onto Tuath’s IT systems such as heating, electrical, ventilation, life safety systems, lifts, fire safety, BER documentation/certification and other property related information.Assist on the compilation of monthly regulatory reports on areas such as servicing of heating systems, life safety systems and other key services.Sort and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, including mail merges.Assist the Property Services team in maintaining information and records and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders.Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and charts.The Responsive Repairs Administrator will:·      Answer all repairs telephone calls and deal with enquiries in the appropriate response times.·      Gather data and collate reports on all aspects of repair activity.·      Carry out post satisfaction checks with tenants on all repairs processed.·      Assist with general administrative duties including filing, processing invoices and taking meeting minutes.·      Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases and charts.·      Organise and store computer-based information and maintain websites and internal databases.The Human Resources Administrator will:Maintain an accurate and up to date HR database and employee files, schedule meetings and taking minutes at formal hearing meetingsAssist in the drawing up and issuing of paperwork, contracts of employment, offer letters, probation notices, changes to terms and condition letters, etc.Respond promptly to queries regarding employee benefits.Research employee benefits and bonus schemes.Advertise vacancies on all relevant recruitment platforms and research new opportunities for advertisements.Monitoring applications and liaising with IT to maintain an easily accessible folder with all applications for managers to review.Screen CVs and assist with the interview process.Respond to all recruitment queries, internal and external.Schedule and coordinate interviews, to include interview panels and ensure all relevant documentation is distributed accordingly.Liaise with internal and external learning & development facilitators to coordinate training dates and schedule teams to attend as required.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of any changes to legislation relating to employment.Engage with webinars and learning opportunities and report back to management regarding the most up to date best practices relating to workplace diversity.Help in the creation of the regular employee newsletter. The ideal candidate will have:At least one years’ experience in a busy office administration role.Excellent administrative skills and ability to produce Pivot Tables, spreadsheets, presentations, and memos.Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Good organisational and time-management skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Commitment to working in a customer-focused and solution-oriented manner.To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.Carry out any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.Promote a culture which is supportive of excellent service delivery and meets Tuath Housing’s vision, mission, and values.Working for Tuath Housing:·      Attractive salary commensurate with experience·      24 days annual leave·      Service leave·      Generous pension scheme·      Sick leave·      Wellness allowance·      Hybrid working·      Bike-to-work scheme·      Flexible working hours·      Career break·      Career development program·      Employee assistance program·      Linkedin Learning licence·      Car-parking on site·      Sports & Social Club·      Work-life balance package·      Investors in DiversityApply today:Please indicate via the accompanying questions which role(s) you wish to apply for.
