Plan activities and programs collaboratively with individual patients.Organize, supervise, and implement therapeutic and recreational programs for the patients in conjunction with activity team colleagues.Plan, supervise, and accompany patients on appropriate outings.Engage patients in both group and individual activities as deemed appropriate.Observe general behavior, ability, and response from residents.
