We have the most advanced diagnostic imaging equipment available today, full Cardiological facilities including a Cardiac Catheterisation Suite and Clinical Laboratory services.Responsibilities:Receiving and processing AP invoicesEnsure Purchase Orders (PO’s) and Non-PO invoices are processed promptlyMatching invoices to PO's and Goods Received Notes (GRN’s) Invoicing Coding for manual InvoicesManage payment of suppliers in line with agreed credit teamsPrepare and review payment runsUpload payment file to the Bank (IBB)Statement ReconciliationsResolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepanciesComplete Accounts Payable Month End closeVerifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactionsSet Up New SuppliesLiaise with creditors as required and resolve any issues in a timely and professional mannerThe Person: A minimum of five years of responsible accounting experience Organised, efficient and deadline driven Ability to work in fast paced and high volume environmentGood MS Excel SkillsExperience of a computerised Accounting package Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in performing accounting tasksThe Hermitage Medical Clinic are passionate about our people and believe in their development and growth.
