Accounts Assistant

Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, part of the Talbot Collection are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to further their accounts experience within a busy hotel environment and as part of a growing and progressive group. Come experience it for yourself and join our teamMain Duties:· Daily cash reconciliation, banking and reporting of same to management· Monitoring and reconciliation of hotel system· Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank· The ability to identify and resolve issues and variances that arise· All aspects of credit control· Maintaining internal reports and adhering to monthly deadlines· All other duties within the accounts department as required by General Manager and Head OfficeThis role is for you if you have:· Experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
