Review of monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations for allocated Irish and international divisions – including bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, intercompany transactions, and other relevant monthly schedules and accounting transactions.Responsibility for ensuring the team maintains a high quality of backup schedules and balance sheet controls.Review and analysis of management accounts for trend analysis, budget versus actuals, and prior year.Preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis for reporting to internal and external stakeholders, shareholders and lenders to tight deadlines.Preparing financial information to support the annual budget and periodic forecasting. Statutory Reporting Preparing detailed information & financial statements (parent company and individual single entities) for the annual audit. Preparing monthly consolidations to feed into statutory reporting.Lead role in answering audit queries for Irish and International business units. Preparing monthly consolidations to feed into statutory reporting.Linking in with Irish tax advisors on annual tax computations for the group and individual companies in the group. Team & Project Management Manage a small team of finance staff who work on monthly and annual accounts preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Delegation and review of team members work and provide supportive and constructive feedback. Take on a lead role in the finance team and share knowledge, skills and experience to support the development of all team members. Leading and project management of system & process improvement, designing new processes to improve the effectiveness of the finance function in a growing organisation.Ensuring compliance with best practice internal control processes.Supporting a busy and dynamic finance function with assigned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks and reports.  Any other assigned duties that are relevant to this role.All Centric staff have a responsibility to work with the company risk management strategy and its requirements.  Position Requirements: 4+ years of monthly management accounts and/or audit experience Ideally, Big 6 practice Qualified ACA with 2 years+ post-practice experience in industryStaff management and supervision experienceEuropean Language – German or Dutch an advantageAccounts Package – Microsoft Business Central is desirable Excellent skills in Excel Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workloadExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player as the person will deal internally with different colleagues for each business unit, with business managers, and internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change.Innovative and solution-focused attitude to problem solving.
