We are an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services.Key Accountabilities:Oversight of Transfer Agency function through the role of PCF-33 Head of Transfer Agency, provide guidance and otherwise assist the Registrar and Transfer Agency team in performance of their duties, including due diligence review of clients and investors, KYC processes, and review of contributions and redemptions in accordance with fund documentsOversee and review initial due diligence review of prospective clientsResponsibility for overseeing investor onboardingParticipate in escalation discussions regarding investors flagged for compliance issuesEnsure up to date and accurate book-keeping of all fund and corporate structuresDelivery of specialised investor and other reporting (varying complexity) within client / regulatory timescalesAssist the Directors in optimizing use of our technology platform, including detailed input into capability in support of process efficiency, quality of output and proposition extensionProvide proactive query management and resolution for items raised by colleagues, clients, their advisors and auditorsAssist with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business in accordance with our streamlined approachProvision of exceptional service levels and client experience for clients and related parties throughout the whole life-cycleAssist with the maintenance and development of client and advisor relationships, demonstrating responsiveness, in depth knowledge of clients’ structures and market awarenessRequirements:Detailed knowledge of the Transfer Agency functionDemonstrable experience in the application of AML / KYC legislationUnderstanding of the requirements of quality client serviceExperience of working in a funds environment at a similar levelDemonstrate strong leadership skills and experience in managing a teamAbility to demonstrate a culture of excellence and continuous improvementDeadline oriented; ability to work collaboratively and flexiblyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail, are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contactsSound technical financial services knowledge including up to date knowledge of regulatory and legal requirementsThird level degree
