We are an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services.Key Accountabilities:Administer a complex range of private capital structures (funds and corporates) and associated structuresAssisting with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business in accordance with our streamlined approachProvision of exceptional service levels and client experience for clients and related parties throughout the whole life-cycleAssist with the maintenance and development of client and advisor relationships, demonstrating responsiveness, in depth knowledge of clients’ structures and market awarenessAct as a mentor to more junior staff under the supervision of senior staffCo-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetingsProcess and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations, such as investor calls and distributionsAccurate execution and recording of all related activitiesRefer as appropriate to line manager with suggested solutions wherever possible, demonstrating a desire to learn and developAdherence to all company workflows, policies and procedures, providing challenge to these as appropriate to ensure efficiency of the business unitRequirements:Positive, personable, self-motivated and a willingness to learnUnderstanding of the requirements of quality client serviceDemonstrable experience of working in a funds environment at a similar levelAbility to demonstrate a culture of excellence and continuous improvementDeadline oriented; ability to work collaboratively and flexiblyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail, required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contactsSound technical financial services knowledge including up to date knowledge of regulatory and legal requirementsAbility to deal with tasks independently
