Location: Community Mental Health Service, Blackrock, Co. Dublin Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately. In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services  Mental Health Staff Nurse Crisis Resolution ServiceFull-Time (37.5 hours) Permanent          Role Summary·       This is a key role as part of the CRS team delivering a psychoeducational day programme. You will need to be aware of the CRS model of care, have excellent communication, teamwork, organisational and group facilitation skills.Minimum Requirements ·       Be registered or eligible to register for the current psychiatric nursing division with NMBI ·       Provide evidence that they are engaging in continuing professional development·       Have proved demonstrable experience of flexible working and project a professional appearance/attitude fully embracing the recovery philosophy of Mental Health Nursing·       Have experience of working in the mental health environment ·       Have experience of group facilitationRemunerationSalary Grade 0558 Staff Nurse on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale i.e. €38,523 – €56,384 per annum Initial locationThe initial location of this role is in Blackrock, However, you may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS’s other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
